Back a candidate manager with USDC. At the deadline the most-backed candidate above the minimum seed wins: a non-custodial vault deploys with them as manager and your deposit seeds it. Lose, or if no candidate clears the floor, you refund in full. Your USDC only ever moves to the vault you backed or back to you.
